AJ Sheff

AJ Sheff is a front-end engineering manager and lifelong builder with a passion for crafting fast, intuitive digital tools. After learning to code in high school and building Microsoft Access apps for his Marine Corps regiment, AJ went on to earn a computer science degree using the GI Bill and launched his career as a software engineer in 2016. Since then, he’s grown into a leadership role at a major tech company, leading teams that build both web and native client applications. Web Hack Tools is AJ's response to a simple but overlooked problem: the internet is full of things people search for—but not enough great tools that solve them. By combining SEO research with his front-end expertise, AJ builds tools that are lightweight, useful, and fast—targeting high-intent search needs often ignored by larger platforms. Outside of Web Hack Tools, AJ is a self-proclaimed personal finance expert who enjoys dissecting the math and psychology behind wealth-building. He's passionate about helping others make smarter decisions and has even taken on financial myths like Index Universal Life insurance. When he’s not coding or optimizing tools for search visibility, he’s usually still coding—especially in JavaScript. AJ’s long-term vision is to turn Web Hack Tools into a trusted destination for solving everyday problems through clean, purpose-built apps—and to use it as both a proof of skill and a launchpad for collaboration with creators, influencers, and startups who need world-class front-end execution.
